I believe every business is constantly in motion — shifting, changing, and evolving. Dealing with the never ending shifts, changes, and evolution can be a tremendous responsibility, and often times leaders attempt to resist that motion by clinging to the illusion of stability at all costs. Unfortunately, that resistance causes friction that often shows up as decision paralysis, fear of making the “wrong” choice, people leaving or quietly-quitting, keeping the wrong people on the team -or not hiring at all, and systems that unravel as quickly as they’re built.
Leadership and personal beliefs are at the heart of all of this.
